Everton ready to listen to offers for Rooney

Everton are ready to sell Wayne Rooney this summer.

The Mirror says feelers will be put out to see if there are 

any takers for Rooney.

He has said that the only ­English club he would join 

following his Old Trafford exit was Everton, which means 

that the best chance of a sale will ­arrive from the MLS or 

China.

The striker has turned down huge financial offers from 

China, but may now have to reconsider.

However, a more favoured destination would be the USA 

with David Beckham's Miami franchise now looking at 

future signings.
